This is a great article on connecting with your customers.
Knowing how to use the information once it's collected is so important. All to often, I see restaurants implement systems to build their customer database and then not do anything with that data. Buckhead Life has done a great job of making their data work for them.
I've found that putting a small survey on the customer receipt with a space for name/email is an effective way of engaging your customers and getting their email addresses while you're at it.
For more information on the systems we provide, which come with all of the bells and whistles such as client loyalty and gift cards, please visit us at: www.alliance-pos.com.
