City Grill announced the promotion of Shan Timothy Holler to Executive Chef. Born in India, Shan was adopted by a family in Minneapolis, Minnesota and brought to the United States. Shan received his formal training at the Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute in Minnesota.

Chef Shan began his culinary career in Minneapolis before moving to Atlanta to help a friend open a restaurant in Acworth. In January 2007 Chef Shan joined City Grill where he quickly recognizes the potential growth and new challenges that the restaurant has to offer.
