Chefs’ Dinner Series Announced
November 2 is the day that Atlanta’s chefs will come together for an exciting first-time culinary trade event titled “The Chefs’ Dinner Series.” The event will provide a unique opportunity for chefs to explore culinary techniques, collaborate and learn while creating and enjoying an exceptional menu of prepared dishes.

In the kitchen will be four top-tier chefs from Atlanta: Michael Deihl, CEC, CCA, AAC, East Lake Golf Club; Robert Gerstenecker, Park 75 at Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta; Joseph Truex and Mihoko Obunai, Repast restaurant. They will combine their talents to create a meal to be enjoyed by more than 40 of their chef colleagues.
The event will be held at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts. The college’s large open kitchen and dining space will facilitate sharing of ideas and knowledge while they enjoy each other’s camaraderie. The menu will be served along with a wine pairing presented by Herve Penequin, one of the country’s leading sommeliers.
The Chefs’ Dinner Series is presented by Restaurant Forum in collaboration with American Culinary Federation – Atlanta. Sponsors of the event include U.S. Foodservice, Georgia Power and Royal Cup Coffee.
