Hudson North Pop-Up Restaurant Now Open in Atlantic Station
Billy and Jenn Streck, co-owners of Cypress Street Pint and Plate, have opened Hudson North, a new pop-up restaurant, at Atlantic Station. Taking over the space that formerly housed The Grape, Hudson North is a farm-to-tavern establishment open for lunch and dinner seven days a week, featuring a menu created by Executive Chef B.H. Hibbs and a curated craft beer and cocktail selection.
Chef Hibbs, who has previously worked with award-winning chefs Michael Symon, Jeff Tunks, and Shawn McClain, is sourcing all of his ingredients daily from local farmers markets for his seasonal menu. The lunch and dinner menus include a raw bar, snacks, salads, a hand-held selection, entrees, and desserts.
Design firm ai3 created the interior space, which features hardwood floors, repurposed tables and chairs and 1920s-inspired accents like an antique cash register, phone, radio and scales.
