Introducing One Rooster Mongolian Bar

One Rooster Mongolian Bar recently opened its doors in the former The Real Chow Baby space on Howell Mill Road at the 1016 Lofts building. Mike Blum founded the create your own stir-fry The Real Chow Baby back in 2005. The restaurant served over half a million guests in the first year.

The original Howell Mill location closed late 2014 as the original lease had matured and Lincoln Properties approached Blum with an invitation to revitalize the space. His passion was ignited to enhance his original vision – with an emphasis on organic and local ingredients and a Polynesian twist in both menu offerings and décor.
