
Executive vice president Stephanie Fischer of Hojeij Branded Foods was recently named a board member of Georgia Restaurant Association (GRA). The GRA provides a unified voice for an industry comprising over 17,000 foodservice and drinking places in the state of Georgia.
In her role with Hojeij Branded Foods, Fischer oversees Learning & Development, Guest Experience and New Store Openings. Her expertise is critical to Hojeij Branded Food’s commitment in providing over the top guest experience to all passengers. She is also responsible for all learning and development for the organization including new hire orientation, brand training and guest engagement.
Fischer has an impressive professional background in food and beverage spanning over 20 years. Fischer has experience with several of the industry’s top organizations, including Disney and Dunkin Brands. At Disney, she was the Learning & Development manager overseeing all training for food & beverage and merchandise line of business at Epcot. She was instrumental in the training program each year for the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival and educating 500+ “Cast Members” every year.
Fischer earned a Master of Business Administration from Stetson University and earned a B.A. in Journalism & Public Relations with a minor in Marketing from the University of Hawaii.
