PlacePunch is a social media loyalty program that awards repeat visitors via various social media outlets, including Facebook, FourSquare and Twitter. In essence, PlacePunch will provide Concentrics the ability to customize the restaurant group’s interaction with customers through personal Twitter responses, from Concentrics, when any individual “checks-in†at our various locations through these social media platforms.
Here’s an example of how it could be used: a customer checks-in at TWO urban licks and receives a personal message from Concentrics thanking them for choosing TWO.
PlacePunch will also allow Concentrics to reward customers for dining at any of their restaurants; for every 5th check-in, via Facebook, FourSquare or Twitter, customers will receive the choice of any beer, wine or dessert, under $9, giving them further incentive to become a repeat diners.
PlacePunch will give Concentrics access to Facebook and Twitter users, who are checking in with their restaurants, allowing the restaurant group to directly target these individuals to become fans on Facebook, as well as follow Concentrics on Twitter. Further, PlacePunch will allow Concentrics to directly access customers email addresses to further build our databases.
