Concentrics Restaurants recently announced that Marcus Marshall will be a regional director of operations. A longtime Concentrics manager, Marshall returns to be involved in Concentrics’ nationwide concepting and development business, as well it’s owned properties.
He was most recently the General Manager at St. Cecilia and STK. Prior to these positions, he was in management at Concentrics for years. Marshall was the first manager Concentrics owners Bob Amick and Todd Rushing hired after opening ONE. midtown kitchen. He was the “Director of Restaurants” at the Concentrics’ property theWit Hotel (Chicago), Murphy’s (Atlanta) and had a hand in Concentrics’ private events.
“I am looking forward to coming home to the Concentrics’ family. Their consulting business has taken off with projects from San Diego to Florida and 2015 is going to be an exciting time. I am glad to be a part of it, Marshall explains.
“Marshall will be involved in both Concentrics’ owned restaurants and those we develop and operate under management agreements. Due to our burgeoning business from the East to West Coast we felt the need we to add more operating talent”, says Bob Amick.
