Pour Bar+Kitchen Executive Chef Tommy Rothwell

Pour Kitchen + Bar announced Tommy Rothwell is taking over as Executive Chef. Rothwell’s resume includes stints at world-renowned Bern’s Steak House in Tampa, and top classical French restaurant Cassis American Brasserie in St. Petersburg. He is looking forward to elevating the existing menu to focus on locally-sourced, high quality ingredients and adding his creative spin on some of Pour’s classic dishes. The new menu was also designed to complement the curated wine and craft cocktail offerings at Pour.

Chef Tommy has more than 20 years of culinary experience including his training at the Art Institute of Tampa, and has worked under esteemed chefs Andy Minney and Jeremy Declut. His cooking style can be described as modern American, with some classical French elements sprinkled in.

“Throughout my life I have found that food is truly a universal language that speaks to all of us and I’m looking forward to this next chapter in my culinary journey. I’m excited to make Pour a true dining destination in the neighborhood, to meet the customers, and help make their dining experience enjoyable,” says Rothwell.

The new breakfast/lunch, dinner, and craft cocktail menus launched in early October, with a new Saturday brunch menu following soon.
