When and if to open your restaurant or its dine-in areas again is a big decision. The Georgia Restaurant Association has posted its Restaurant Guide to Reopening to help you make the most informed decision that’s right for your business, employees and guests.
The GRA partnered with the National Restaurant Association, representatives of the Food and Drug Administration, academia, the Conference for Food Protection, Ecolab, public health officials and industry representatives to develop the set of opening and operating guidelines specific to Georgia to help restaurants return to full operation safely when ready to do so.
The 10-page guide provides the most comprehensive guidelines for restaurants in Georgia and includes recommended practices that can be used to help mitigate exposure to the COVID-19 virus, including for food safety, cleaning and sanitizing, employee health monitoring and personal hygiene, and social distancing.
