Owner and Executive Chef Keith Kash of Who’s Got Soul Southern Café is opening a new concept called Who’s Got Soul Southern Grill. The fast casual neighborhood restaurant will open next month, March 2021.
As a sister concept to Who’s Got Soul Southern Café, chef Kash’s grill concept will feature a hybrid of soul food offerings, including staple dishes, grilled and broiled vegetables and proteins and vegan options.
“We pride ourselves in ensuring we’re serving high-quality and thoughtful, homemade dishes that provide a healthy, authentic take on soul food and look forward to bringing the ‘Who’s Got Soul’ experience to Duluth,” said Owner and Executive Chef Keith Kash.
The 2,600 square-foot space offers socially distanced seating both indoors and outdoors and will feature murals designed by local artist Demont Pinder. Guests can expect a variety of healthy, homemade dishes made with locally sourced ingredients from Georgia’s small producers and vendors.
Chef Kash home-makes all of the sauces, seasonings and desserts and will never use pork seasonings or MSG. Staples will include southern inspired salads, a veggie selection including vegan options, and classics such as broiled lamb chops and southern fried chicken.
Who’s Got Soul Southern Grill is a part of Henlil Food Service Group, Inc., which also includes Who’s Got Soul Mobile Gourmet food truck and Who’s Got Soul Southern Café with locations in Lawrenceville and Decatur. Who’s Got Soul Southern Grill is located in the Breckinridge Plaza in Duluth.
