Aisha “Pinky” Cole, the founder CEO of Slutty Vegan ATL and founder of the Pinky Cole Foundation, continues to expand vegan food and healthy alternatives to new parts of Georgia. Her latest endeavor includes opening a Slutty Vegan outpost in Athens, Georgia.
Located on the edge of the University of Georgia’s campus, the restaurant will serve a carry-out menu featuring creative takes on 100% plant-based burgers, sandwiches and meals made with Impossible meat and donning creative names, such as the One Night Stand, Ménage À Trois, and Fussy Hussy.
With the expansion of the vegan and plant-based market, vegan restaurants, like Cole’s concept, are growing. The Athens outpost will be the franchise’s fifth food and beverage location since Cole launched the concept in 2018.
Cole most recently opened a Slutty Vegan outpost concept–similar to the upcoming Athens location–in Duluth, Georgia. These new additions to the franchise are the first in a more widespread expansion, including outposts in Columbus, Georgia, and Birmingham, Alabama over the coming months.
