Muzo Saritas, the restaurateur behind Cuts Steakhouse, Atalian Kitchen & Bar, Truva Turkish Kitchen, and Metro Diner & Bar, has opened a second Cuts Steakhouse in the Sugarloaf neighborhood of Suwanee.
Saritas has been in the restaurant industry since opening Cedar Creek Grill in Duluth in 1998. He and his have been working for three years to open the new location for Cuts Steakhouse. Chef Omar Catulo, who arrived from Argentina two months prior, will serve as the new location’s executive chef.
The menu for Cuts Steakhouse will offer more than the downtown Atlanta location, featuring steaks, seafood, southern-inspired classics, a raw bar, craft cocktails, and over 2,125 wines.
Alongside Saritas and executive chef Catulo, Javier Viera will serve as general manager for the location. Saritas also collaborated with Innerworks Design Group to create the space for Cuts Steakhouse in Suwanee. Sartias derived inspiration from restaurants in Chicago, New York, Miami, Bogota, and Europe. The space features an open kitchen, sunken dining room, two bars, a patio, a large events space with a mezzanine and balcony, and a private dining room.
