Garvin, officially opened at Peachtree Corners Town Center on Friday, September 23. Jinbei West is a sister location to Smyrna, Georgia’s Yakitori Jinbei, Choi’s debut location into the culinary industry that’s known for Korean cuisine with a Japanese twist and menu items like Okonomiyaki, Korean fried chicken, sushi, ramen and more.
Jinbei West serves an elevated version of the Smyrna menu, with offerings like an Omakase experience at the sushi bar, in a larger space and updated atmosphere.
Choi teamed up with G. Garvin, a chef and cookbook author with 35 years of experience, to launch Jinbei West and offer Japanese and Korean cuisine to more diners across the Atlanta area.
The 2,000-square-foot space features an eight-seat sushi bar and dining room with seating for more than 40 guests. Off of the dining room, an outdoor patio offers seating for more than 20 guests.
