The one-MICHELIN-star restaurant from Chef-Partners Ron Hsu and Aaron Phillips, Lazy Betty, launched its beverage program at its new Midtown location. Lazy Betty’s beverage list features inventive specialty and seasonal cocktails, beer, wines by the glass and bottle, wine and spirits flights, dessert wines, zero-proof cocktails and more.
The team also offers wine pairings and zero-proof cocktail pairings specially curated for guests to enjoy alongside the culinary team’s acclaimed tasting menu dishes, and boasts a large bourbon portfolio and rare and allocated spirits, including the Whistle Pig lineup, Pappy Van Winkle, the Clase Azul Collection and more.
Overall, the beverage team seeks spirits, beers and wines from small producers who are thoughtful about sustainability and environmental stewardship. The award-winning wine program features a good selection of fine, hard-to-find wines from classic regions alongside surprising global gems.
