Georgia’s Future Restaurant Leaders
The 2026 Restaurant Informer Rising Stars have been selected. Look for them in the upcoming May newsletter and on RestaurantInformer.com where they will be featured. Restaurant Informer will host a celebration lunch to honor these deserving Rising Stars.
Rising Star nominees are age 35 and younger. They can work BOH or FOH – they can be chefs, restaurant owners, GMs, beverage directors, sommeliers, waitstaff … anyone who is making their mark on the state’s restaurant industry and has a passion and drive that you think will take them far in the future.
A Rising Star is someone who is not just good at their job, but goes above and beyond their job description to make your company successful. Someone who is coming up with new and innovative ways of doing things or helping foster a broader sense of community outside your restaurant’s four walls. Someone who has the potential to be a leader of change in the culinary world.
Nominations for the 2026 Rising Stars closed on April 10.
