The Battery Atlanta will welcome Hundredfold, a new American brasserie from Patina Group and James Beard Award-winning Chef Timothy Hollingsworth this fall. Set to open in Five Ballpark Center, home of Truist Securities, Hundredfold will offer a refined yet approachable dining experience, pairing French culinary technique with familiar American flavors.
The concept builds on the restaurant team’s growing national presence, following its debut at New York’s Belmont Park Village. The menu will feature a mix of classic and contemporary dishes, reflecting Hollingsworth’s background in French technique and his appreciation for American comfort food.
The beverage program, crafted by Chef Hollingsworth and Patina Group Vice President of Restaurant and Bar Olivier Rassinoux, will bring French elegance and American playfulness to the glass.
“Hundredfold is rooted in the idea of taking familiar flavors and elevating them with intention and care,” said Chef Hollingsworth. “We want it to feel welcoming and memorable, whether guests are joining us for a quick bite or a full evening out.
“Hundredfold adds a distinct and complementary offering to our dining portfolio,” said Mike Plant, President & CEO of Braves Development Company. “Its blend of culinary quality and inviting atmosphere reflects the experiences guests have come to expect at The Battery Atlanta.”
Developed by Patina Group, whose parent company is Braves hospitality partner Delaware North, Hundredfold builds on the group’s continued presence in the market. The concept reflects a shared commitment to delivering dining experiences that are both elevated and accessible.
