Michel Arnette, owner of Arnette’s Chop Shop, Haven and Valenza, will open Siren, a new modern coastal seafood restaurant on Apple Valley Road in Brookhaven next month.
The concept will center around wood-fired seafood as well as a crudo and raw bar experience. The interior will be striking yet cozy interiors, welcoming a vibrant and lively atmosphere. The elevated but lively dining experience will be ideal for date night or noshing with friends.
The space will feature bold pop-art installations throughout. A suspended cluster of Tom Dixon Melt pendants will create an ethereal, cloud-like focal point overhead, and the upscale bar will showcase an expansive luminous bubble wall feature.
Co-Executive Chefs Stephen Herman and Matt Swickerath will execute the seafood-focused menu, built around pristine oysters, day-boat fish and wood-fired technique. From raw bar selections and crudos to whole-fish preparations and seasonal side dishes, the menu celebrates ingredient quality and refined coastal simplicity.
Sommelier Andrew LeClair will curate a wine program built to complement the menu’s diverse preparations and proteins. Behind the bar, the team creates craft cocktails from bright, sparkling sips to spirit-forward highballs, plus zero-proof options, all built on premium spirits and fresh, seasonal ingredients.
The restaurant will open Tuesday through Saturday.
