Enzo, a new Northern Italy-inspired steakhouse and bar concept from Andrea Montobbio and Carmine Noce, is set to open in the summer of 2022 in the Town at Trilith in Fayetteville, Georgia.
Montobbio has worked as executive chef at Atlanta’s Fifth Group Restaurants, STK Atlanta, and New York’s Gansevoort Hotel while Nice, who was born in Italy and will serve as Enzo’s president, is a longtime COO and CFO in New York City’s fashion industry. David Gibbs, who worked with Montobbio at Ecco Buckhead and STK Atlanta, will serve as Enzo’s chef de cuisine.
“Due to the pandemic, our industry has been forever changes, and both Carmine and I want to preserve the artistic thinking and drive that makes the hospitality industry thrive,” says Montobbio. “Our vision is larger than just opening a restaurant; we want to help save this industry we both love.”
While steaks and other grilled meats, handmade pasta, and seasonal plant-based dishes will be on the menu, Montobbio says his chief focus is on bringing the flavors of his native Italy to diners in the area. The 150-sear restaurant will feature both indoor and outdoor seating with an expansive patio alongside an expo open kitchen and group dining table for views of the kitchen. Enzo will also offer private membership where members can eat a speakeasy-esque chef’s table and a private dining room.
Before Enzo opens, guests can experience the new restaurant through catering, private events, pop-ups, special events, and grab-and-go and take-home dishes available through select retail partners.
