The Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport has opened a new wing of Concourse T that will house more retail and dining option all operated by airport restaurateur and retailer Paradies Lagardère, including Southern National Market and Vino Volo.
Southern National Market is the creation of Reggie Washington and chef Duane Nutter, the duo behind One Flew South in Concourse E. The concept will offer a selection of sandwiches, wraps and salads in addition to grab-and-go items like pimento cheese and a local charcuterie selection. Inside Southern National Market, Pizza Boxx will serve made-to-order pizzas, with flavors like four cheese, smoked chicken and beef bulgogi plus sides like wings, meatballs and soups.
Paradies Lagardère’s Vino Volo has also opened in the new wing and has locations in 35 airports across the U.S. and Canada. The Atlanta location will feature wines from Chateau Elan, Three Sisters and Georgia Winery alongside craft beers and cideres from local breweries, including New Realm Brewing, Urban Tree Cidery and Monday Night Brewing. Local partnerships also permeate the food menu with seasonal selections created by Southern National’s chef Nutter.
