Castellucci Hospitality Group and Chef J. Trent Harris, the team behind Michelin-starred MUJŌ, announced their next restaurant: KOSHU Club, opening early 2026 at Ninetynine West Paces in Buckhead.
KOSHU Club will be an elegant dining experience inspired by the classic Shōwa-era supper clubs of Japan. Led by MUJŌ’s Executive Chef J. Trent Harris and Chef de Cuisine Keith Miller, the menu bridges washoku (和食) and yōshoku (洋食) traditions with a contemporary sensibility. The menu emphasizes pristine seafood and exceptional cuts of meat prepared in the art of sumibiyaki (炭火焼き) — slow-grilled over binchōtan charcoal to evoke depth, fragrance and a perfect balance of flavor.
The beverage program will showcase a deeply curated sake selection, a refined Japanese-style cocktail list and a cellar of distinction that highlights both classic and emerging wine producers from around the world.
The serene interiors, designed by Smith Hanes Studio, will balance warmth and precision, evoking the quiet elegance of mid-century Japan.
