TWO Urban Licks, an Atlanta restaurant on the BeltLine has announced the appointment of award-winning Shain Wancio as the newest executive chef.
Wancio got his start professionally at the Centre Bridge Inn in New Hope, Pennsylvania. He then continued to hone his skills at various restaurants in Philadelphia, including Le Pommier, Deterra, Sidecar Bar/Kraftwork, Supper and Bodega Bar and Kitchen.
His experience also extends outside of the kitchen to running a Philadelphia-based catering company, Farm Truck, that utilizes locally-grown and in-season produce from neighboring farms. Most recently, Wancio has been tapped for creative and financial consulting within the culinary industry.
TWO Urban Licks, a Concentrics Restaurants concept, offers wood-fired cuisine, house draft cocktails, infusions, beer and wine and serves dinner seven nights per week and brunch on Saturday and Sunday.
