Just some of the bowl options you can expect to see at Recess in Buckhead.The fast-casual concept, Recess, will open its door in Buckhead on Monday, Oct. 31. This location joins the original Krog Street Market outpost and features a design dedicated to streamlining the guest experience, including a walk-up window.
With a menu created by culinary director Whitney Wood, Recess’ Buckhead location will continue to serve bowls and salads featuring nutritious grains, whole proteins and seasonal vegetables.
The walk-up window will eventually operate as a grab & go convenience, but upon opening will feature a “Coffee Man @ Recess” pop-up – operated by Atlanta-based Coffee Man, which offers coffee & cold brew crafted with fruits and spices.
The reimagined Recess is led by CEO Erik Göranson and is the creation of an idea from Göranson, Castellucci Hospitality Group President and CEO Fred Castellucci, and co-founder of hospitality software venture Gather, Nick Miller.
