Paradies Lagardère, a leading North American airport restaurateur and retailer, will introduce a slate of high-profile restaurant brands across major U.S. airports beginning spring 2026, including at Atlanta’s Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport. The openings reflect the company’s goal to deliver memorable, sense-of-place dining experiences that highlight local partners, celebrated chefs and nationally recognized brands.
“This lineup showcases some of the most exciting culinary partners in the country,” said Leigh Allan, senior vice president of operations – Dining Division. “Travelers are eager for thoughtful food and beverage options, and these forthcoming openings reflect our commitment to bring elevated choices and authentic hospitality to every airport we serve.”
Ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup, Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport will welcome a collection of locally inspired and nationally recognized names. Openings are slated to include Southern Farms Market with Antico Pizza Napoletana, Local Green and Starbucks, reinforcing the airport’s position as an international culinary gateway. Additional ATL concepts are expected in late 2026.
Paradies Lagardère’s latest concepts at ATL are the result of a successful competitive bid in partnership with several local, minority-owned businesses. Partners will include Westside restaurant Local Green Atlanta, Ponce City Market’s black-owned The Village Retail Group, creative consultancy Atlanta Influences Everything, The Peach Group and Runway Concessions.
Highlights of the partnerships include The Village Retail Market, celebrating Atlanta’s Black entrepreneurs and creatives; Atlanta Influences Everything, which will offer local gifts that celebrate Atlanta’s unique influence; and the Atlanta Beltline Marketplace, reflecting the city’s vibrant neighborhoods surrounding the popular pedestrian trail.
Dining concepts span multiple concourses: ATL Farms Market and Corner Café in Concourse A will bring fresh fare and delectable sandwiches and salads; in Concourse B, Southern Farms Market will offer 24-hour service and Antico Pizza Napoletana will bring award-winning Neapolitan pizza; and Local Green Atlanta, Half Moon Empanadas, CAVA and Starbucks will provide an assortment of health-conscious, vegetarian, hand-held and grab-and-go dining options to Concourse C. These additions will deliver locally inspired, high-quality experiences while amplifying the voices and flavors of Atlanta’s diverse community.
Paradies Lagardère is a travel retailer and restaurateur that handles $1.6 billion in annual sales from more than 700 stores, restaurants and bars in more than 90 airports across North America. The planned 2026 openings follow a period of rapid expansion across the company’s airport dining portfolio.
